Our Group was formed when Pembinaan Sejati Perkasa Sdn Bhd was incorporated in Malaysia in July 2003 by Khor Kim Boon, Tung War Fatt and Lim Chee Chin. We specialise in providing large-scale infrastructure and civil works mainly for townships, industrial parks and data centre developments.

We secured the Bakun Dam Infrastructure Project as our first project in 2003. This was to carry out infrastructure works, including building the access roads and drainage system for the site as part of the development of the Bakun Dam in Sarawak. We completed our scope and handed over our work in 2008.

Our track record includes highway-related civil works and repeat engagements across large townships, including Eco Grandeur, Alam Impian and Ecohill 2. Industrial-park projects were subsequently undertaken at Pagoh, Elmina Business Park, XME Industrial Park, Eco Business Park V , Eco Business Park 7. Further projects in Perak and Penang expanded our geographic reach.

Today, our Group leverages our established track record and operational expertise to deliver complex civil and infrastructure works at scale, supported by our fleet of construction machinery and long-standing customer relationships.
